施明辉,2008年博士毕业于厦门大学,2014年至2015年,由国家公派赴美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(UCSD)访学一年,现为厦门大学信息科学与技术学院智能科学与技术系副教授,福建省人工智能学会理事,福建省类脑计算技术及应用重点实验室(厦门大学)主要研究成员,长期从事计算机科学与技术领域的教学科研工作,主要研究方向为人工智能及其应用,尤其在脑机接口、机器学习、数据挖掘、计算智能、智能机器人、中医智能信息处理、智能化移动教育系统等领域开展了长期研究。历年作为主持人或主要成员完成国家级或省级自然科学基金项目十余项,以第一作者发表学术论文40余篇,以第一完成人获软件著作权1项,由IGI Global Press出版编著一部,是多个国际学术会议的程序委员会委员和多个国内外会议或期刊的审稿人。
